About PowerStackHub

PowerStackHub is a free set of solar and battery calculators: solar panel count, output and tilt, charge controllers and PV wiring, battery bank size, runtime and charging time, amp hours, mAh to Wh and inverter size. Each page does one job and works straight away: there is no account and nothing to install.

How it works

• Everything runs in your browser. What you type or choose stays on your device; nothing is uploaded.
• Results are computed, not typed in. The worked examples on each page are produced by the same code the calculator runs, and the code is tested against reference values from published formulas and hand calculations.
• Every result shows its working. Each calculator lists the formula and the steps with your numbers, and the result can be printed or saved as a PDF with the inputs and the date.
• Assumptions are visible. Values that differ between products, such as depth of discharge or inverter efficiency, are fields you can change, not hidden constants.
• Third-party material used on the site is listed on the credits page.
